Director, Myotherapist, Pilates Instructor
Gracia Morgan
Gracia graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2012 with Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy (now Clinical Myotherapy), completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction in 2014 and worked in private practices before eventually opening her own clinic, Casey Myotherapy and Health in 2017.
She tailors her approach to best fit each individuals unique challenges and preferences, Gracia believes in teaching clients and equipping them with the knowledge needed to move forward. Her dynamic treatment approach consists of hands on manual therapy and exercise prescription heavily influenced by clinical pilates. She has a special interest in conditions associated with the upper body and women in their pre/post partum journey.
When Gracia is not working in or on her second home (CMH), she spends time with her hubby, preschooler, toddler and two large dogs, She enjoys reading (non fiction and fantasy), exploring new places - whether it be locally, interstate or overseas, and scrapbooking! Her next big trip is to NZ, and her most recent adventures were India and central Europe.
Myotherapist, Pilates Instructor
Haydie Peattie
Haydie always knew she wanted to be a myotherapist since her early teens.
Haydie graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2012 with Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy (now clinical myotherapy), and has worked in private practice since. She has continued to add tools to her practice including becoming a Pilates Instructor in 2016.
She firmly believes in educating her clients. She does her best to inform them about their bodies, conditions and facilitates them to learn what does and doesn’t work for them. Listening to her clients is Haydie’s number 1 treatment tool! She works with a mix of both hands on and movement styles - depending on the client.
Haydie has a special interest in pre/post natal clients, those living with chronic pain conditions, as well as neck and shoulder concerns.
Outside of work, besides being with her little family - Haydie enjoys weightlifting and yoga. She is also an avid Melbourne Storm supporter and major sweet tooth!

Alli Jennings
Alli had been a swimming instructor for 7 years with a keen interest in the body and how it works.
After school she was accepted into a Bach of sport and exercise science because she knew she wanted to be in the health industry but not sure what.
This was when she found out about myotherapy; which tied together everything that she wanted in a job: encouraging a healthy lifestyle, learning about the body and being able to help people.
Alli has been a myotherapist for 5 years and worked at a few different practices over the years.
Her treatment style involves using firm pressure and movement as well as incorporating cupping and dry needling. Alli enjoys being able to educate her clients on the importance of a balanced lifestyle with achievable goals and applying mobility and strength based exercise to help maintain longevity.
Alli is a social butterfly and loves catching up with friends and having a dance at gigs. She enjoy a good chin wag- but don’t get me started on food because that’s my favourite topic. Alli also have two little fur babies who she adores!
Remedial Massage Therapist
Melanie Beel
Mel has always been passionate about health and fitness. After completing a Certificate IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2008, she worked as a sports trainer for local and AFL football clubs for several years. She is a dedicated and compassionate health professional who is always up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.
Following this, Mel ventured into the disability, and qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Working with everyone from teens to older adults, assisting and encouraging clients to achieve the goals most meaningful to them and found that her RM and OT skills combined well.
Mel is completing her last year of the Bachelor of Clinical Myotherapy. Most recently completing placement at CMH, Mel felt the pull to continuing doing remedial massage and took the opportunity to join the team. Mel enjoys working with each person and their individual needs, using a range of treatment modalities including functional cupping, joint mobilisations, muscle energy and active release techniques to get results.
In her free time, she's off on adventures with her family and her trusty German Shepherd, Shelby. She's also an avid reader and loves catching a game of AFL footy, especially when her favorite team, the Pies, are playing!

Lisa Shaw
Lisa, a graduate of MIMT's Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, began her career empowering bodybuilders to smash their competition goals. Then, newfound passion in womens health found her working in a Centre specializing in pregnancy & postpartum care. She most recently moved back to the south east to join us here at CMH and shares her expertise with our community.
Lisa believes that all treatments start and end with trust and respect. The better she knows you, the better she can tailor treatment plans to work towards your goals. So yes, she does care that you have 3 guinea pigs, love to play ping pong, and it was your daughter's birthday on the weekend. Education is at the forefront of her mind to best equip you to take care of yourself in between sessions and learn about your body because, you know, you've only got one. Lisa has a special interest in women's health and clients that have dogs. She loves the woofers. People suffering from chronic illness will also feel at home with Lisa. You are not just another number. She is there to work with you on your journey to find the best way to flourish with any chronic illness.
When Lisa is not in the office, she spends time with her hubby-to-be and little woofer, Shelby. Between renovating their new home, catching up on the latest TV series, or out on walks, her days are usually pretty busy, but she is always up for suggestions on new walk locations or shows to watch!

Pilates Practitioner
Kirsten Jorgensen
With 15 years of teaching experience Kirsten has the ability to provide a pilates workout for many types of conditions from osteoporosis, back pain and pelvic pain through to clients wishing to improve strength, balance and agility. Kirsten offers a holistic and non judgmental approach to suit levels from beginner through to advanced intermediate for all age groups.
Kirsten's interest in movement began with training in Classical Vocal Music. Here she learned the importance of breathing posture and anatomy. Later through injury which prevented her from running she discovered Pilates as a way of providing a full body workout with a focus on similar principles studied in vocal music. After completing a Certificate IV in Pilates instruction she gained extensive experience in rehabilitation from working with the Accident, Sports and Spinal Clinic and Dance Clinic in Collins Street Melbourne. More recently she gained her Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method. Pilates has enabled her to learn so much about the body and she passionate in teaching clients how to maximize their full potential by using their own body awareness.
