At CMH we pride ourselves in facilitating a wonderful experience when attending our studio. Please help us by adhering to the below:

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to class commencement time

• No late entries to avoid disruption to class

• Please ensure mobile phones are switched off to avoid disruption in class

• Grip Socks are essential for hygiene reasons and safety, they are available to purchase in studio if needed

• Please update your instructor prior to class of any injuries, concerns or pregnant so that we can accommodate accordingly

• After your session please wipe down any equipment that you have used with the products provided by CMH

• You must be over 16 to attend a class.

• Children are not permitted in the studio during class times for safety purposes. If you need to bring a non-crawling infant with you, please contact us in advance to discuss options.

• No more than 4 clients per class and class duration of up to 45 minutes

• Please resume conversation downstairs to avoid disruption of the following class

CLASS PACKS

• Your class pack will commence from the booking of your first class date.

• Please note the expiry time dependant on the pack purchase.

• All class packs are non-extendable, non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. No exceptions.

WAITLISTS

• Waitlists are available if you wish to attend a unavailable class time. If there are any cancellations to that class time, you will be notified up to 2 hours prior to class commencement.

• By adding yourself to a waitlist, you are committing to attend that class, should it become available.

• Please ensure that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend, in order to avoid late cancellation or no show penalties.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW

• Cancellations of classes must be made 24 hours prior to the class start time.

• If not PLEASE NOTE – full class rate will be charged, no exceptions.

• This allows for other members on the waitlist to attend our small number classes.

All cancellations must be submitted ONLY via TEXT to 0491 737 782

• CMH reserves the right to cancel a class should there be less than 2 people attending.

• If a class has been cancelled, you will receive a notification approximately 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• CMH will offer to either refund the class or re-schedule another class time of your selection.

• CMH also reserves the right to change the instructor of a class without prior notice, in the event that the original instructor is unable to attend the class.

PREGNANCY

We warmly welcome all pregnant women to our studio.

However, you need clearance from your GP if under 13 weeks and please notify your instructor in advance.
