A movement method designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance and control by focusing on mental awareness and connection to the body. Pilates is beneficial for injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre and post partum preparation, recovery, balance and co-ordination, athletic development as well as general physical wellbeing.

PRIVATES:

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 private Pilates sessions. Tailored completely to you and your needs.

Great for those that have never experienced Pilates before, have been referred by an allied health professional or is after personalised experience.

CLASSES:

STUDIO PILATES: clinical style Pilates designed to rehabilitate dysfunction/injury or ENHANCE current strength/mobility. Exercises are prescribed and tailored to each individual’s current needs and goals. The session may include a mix of Mat work, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Small Props. This class is for anyone and everyone of all ages and capabilities. With a maximum of 4 participants you can ensure your needs and questions will be seen and heard.

*NOTE: Classes currently only available Wednesdays 9:30am or 10:30am.

Pricing:

Single Class Pass | $38.00

10 Class Pack | $340.00 (60 day expiry from first class)

5 Class Pack | $180.00 (30 day expiry from first class)

Private Pilates | $115.00 per session (2:1 and 3:1 available upon request)

Initial Pilates Consult | $115.00

Late cancellation fees apply
